Animal Encounters

Every guest who is 15 years old or less must have a parent or guardian to accompany them. One adult for each minor must be watched. 7+ years old is the only age range that can take part. All participants must have tickets before the Interaction. Visitors under the age of 17 are required to sign a waiver of liability for the program, signed and dated by an adult or guardian of the child.

If non-compliance or failure to adhere to all requirements is grounds for cancellation.

Swim And Dive

Shark Cage Dives, Swim and dive using Gentle Giants, and Rebreather Dive Programs are offered at Georgia Aquarium. The program is offered daily at 4:30 pm and lasts 2.5 hours. Equipment includes 30 minutes of water, a certificate of participation, a shirt, and a photograph for a souvenir. All participants must be aged 12 or above to be eligible to participate. Participants who are younger than 18 must have an adult who is in the water along with them. Parents and legal guardians must sign the waiver of liability for the program before joining the program.
